By registering for this trip, I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to enroll in a Spiritual India Journeys tour as described on this Website. I am voluntarily participating in the tour with the knowledge that travel to the foreign countries and /or remote areas visited by this trip involves numerous risks and dangers including, but not limited to: forces of nature, civil unrest, terrorism, roads, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance that are not operated nor maintained to standards common in the United States; high altitude; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies; the adequacy of medical attention once provided; physical exertion for which I am not prepared; consumption of alcoholic beverages; or negligence (but not willful or fraudulent conduct) on the part of Spiritual India Journeys or others.
I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, being a reason for my voluntary participation. I HEREBY AGREE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY OWN WELFARE, AND ACCEPT ANY AND ALL RISKS OF DELAY, UNANTICIPATED EVENTS, ILLNESS, INJURY, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA OR DEATH.

RELEASE
By registering for this trip, I acknowledge that Spiritual India Journeys does not own or operate any of the suppliers of services or accommodations for my trip. Spiritual India Journeys is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such supplier or any other third party over whom they have no control. Arrangements for the tours are made many months in advance and occasionally changes must be made. Spiritual India Journeys can assume no responsibility nor liability in whole or in part for any delays, delayed or changed departure or arrival, missed carrier connections, loss, damage, weather, strikes, acts of God, circumstances beyond our control, force majeure, war, quarantine, criminal activity, expense, accident, sickness, injury or death to person or property, or mechanical defect, failure, or negligence of any nature howsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, restaurant, transportation or other services, for any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment beyond their control, with or without notice, or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby. If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, I am required to spend an additional night, I will be responsible for my own hotel, transfers and meal costs. I acknowledge that the cost of this Spiritual India Journeys trip has been based upon Trip Participants executing this Release of Liability and Assumption of All Risks.

Therefore, as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in such trip(s). I hereby RELEASE AND DISCHARGE SPIRITUAL INDIA JOURNEYS AND THEIR AGENT, ARVIND SINGH FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE TOUR. By registering for this trip, I agree to the terms and conditions as stated. This release shall be legally binding upon myself, all minors under age of 21 traveling with me, my heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives; it being my intention to fully assume all the risk of travel and to release Spiritual India Journeys from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by law.

I acknowledge that CANCELLATIONS on my part, less than one hundred twenty days prior to departure will be charged a 50% cancelation fee. Cancellations made less than ninety days prior to departure will be charged a 75% cancelation fee. Cancellations made less than sixty days prior to departure will not be refunded. KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION I have carefully read and fully understand the contents and legal ramifications of this agreement and the requirements and conditions as stated. I understand this is a legally binding and enforceable contract with the Indian company, Spiritual India Journeys, and that by registering for this trip I enter a legal agreement with Spiritual India Journeys and their agent, ARVIND SINGH.
